Now a days due to our unhealthy lifestyle most of us search weight loss diet very frequently. Also increased weight or overweight causes many disorders and increases the risk of heart attack and deposition of bad cholesterol in arteries. More than 70 percent people are suffering from obesity. Once we start taking high calorie diet it becomes very difficult to come back.

To loose weight the most important step we should take is on our diet. We should first make a diet chart or name that ” weight loss diet”. Cutting of extra calories in the most important step in weight loss mission. Diet should includes all the important nutrients. In simple words it should be a balance diet including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. After deciding diet than exercise is also an important step. Exercise helps in burning of extra calories.

In breakfast

  • First start your day with lots of water which will help you to get rid of harmful toxin.
  • In breakfast take oats and milk.
  • As per your taste choose one fruit like oranges, apple, kiwi, etc.
  • You can also choose dry fruits instead of fruits.
  • If you are a tea or coffee adicet than have a cup of them . But avoid sugar. Because sugars are full of calories.

On another next day you can take white portion of egg. The yellow portion is rich in fat hence avoid it.

In mid- morning

Enjoy your fruit or vegetable salad.

Veggie-Salsa Tortilla

1 steamed 6-inch corn tortilla with fresh or grilled vegetables (such as onions, green bell peppers, and tomatoes) and no-added-salt salsa.

Warm the tortilla between slightly moistened paper towels in the microwave for about 1 minute, then top with veggies and salsa; fold.

In lunch

In lunch you can take one cup boiled vegetables, two chapatis, salad and curd. Avoid carbs but make sure your diet is full of protein. High protein content is required for good health.

  • 1 cup wild rice with 1 tablespoon slivered toasted almonds
  • 1 cup wilted baby spinach with 1 teaspoon each olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and grated Parmesan.
  • 1/2 cup all-fruit raspberry sorbet and 1 teaspoon chopped walnuts

  • Drink lots of water. You can drink water before every meal. One study showed that drinking a half-liter (17 ounces) of water about half an hour before meals helped dieters eat fewer calories and lose 44% more weight, compared to those who didn’t drink the water
  • Eat lots of fiber. Your weight loss diet should rich in fibers because fibers help to retain water for longer times and also full fill the urge of eating.
  • Exercise is the most important part of weight loss plan. A person can not loose the stored fat and carbs without exercise.
  • Black coffee and green tea are great fat cutter. Take them as booster. Green tea is loaded with powerful antioxidants called catechins, which are believed to work synergistically with caffeine to enhance fat burning.
  • If you get Hungary, never try to keep your self in hunger situation. Because after sometime you will eat more. In this situation try to take fruits. Fruits will help you in fulfill essential nutrients and vitamins and simultaneously fulfill your hunger.
  • Sleep is highly underrated but may be just as important as eating healthy and exercising.
  • Avoid adding sugar in your drinks. Or you can switch to filtered sugar.
  • It’s a myth that more eating is the major reason of increased weight but it is not so. In fact eating junk or unhealthy is the main reason. So avoid it.
